王力昂 @webleon is one of the active twitter users in China, in December 2008, he just finished the Chinese Blogger Conference #CNBloggerCon in Guangzhou(Canton,广州), and was on his way back to the Beijing.

He found his wallet was stolen in Tianjin, and not one dime left on himself. Thank God, he has his phone and he can tweet. after a single tweet about his situation, someone contacted him right away in the same town, gave @webleon enough money and even treated him a wonderful meal.
