Apparently he broke the news before BBC or so we heard through the Twitter 'grapetwine.' His name is Caspar ter Horst (@casparterhorst), a Dutch entrepreneur who specializes in animations that can be used to sell chinese products in europe. How did Caspar end up being amongst the first to break the news about major disaster?  We find out from the man himself although he did sound surprised to hear he broke the news before the venerable BBC...hmmm...maybe he needs to Google himself.
