At times, he's on the "Yellow Fish" (known in Shanghai Metro fanspeak as a Shanghai Metro Line 3 train), heading everywhere in Shanghai. At other times, he's out and about in the People's Republic, doing his bit as a City Finder host on Shanghai's ICS (international TV channel).

Meet @sdweathers (Steven Weathers), media show presenter, founder of the American English Circle, the guy behind Foreigner Perspective — it's obviously he's not just another Metro rider, although @DavidFeng has somehow gotten the city (Steven included) in a bit of Metro mode at times. One of the city's most prominent tweeps, Steven belongs to one of Greater China's "must-follows".
