You are the star of this movie. We look to you for great stories of how Twitter has affected your life and the lives of those around you.

To submit your stories and videos, simply login with your Twitter ID and password.  Submissions are open on a rolling basis so send in your Twitter stories and videos to help make this Twitter documentary happen:

What is Twittamentary?

Twittamentary is a documentary directed by Singaporean filmmaker and Twitter user Tan Siok Siok (@sioksiok).   The film explores how lives meet and affect one another on the popular micro-blogging platform, Twitter.

What Makes Twittamentary Different?

Twittamentary is a film project based on social media.  We ask all Twitter users the same question: what is the most interesting thing that happened to you because of Twitter?

You are invited to share your Twitter stories and upload videos.  The material that you share will be considered for inclusion in the final film.

When the film is completed, it will be released online under a creative commons license.

How Do I Take Part?

Get your story into Twittamentary!  You can register right away and start sharing your Twitter story.  The earlier you send the story to us, the more likely it will be considered for the film.

Write Your Twitter Story

You can write your Twitter story and submit it to our website.  You can also propose a story involving someone you know on Twitter or simply suggest a great person to interview for Twittamentary.

Upload Your Twitter Videos

Record a web cam video or upload a video that you have filmed from your computer.  You can also upload photos, audio files or artwork, anything that help illustrate your story and make it more vivid.

Tweet Us A Story

If your Twitter story fits within 140 characters, you can tweet it to @twittamentary and we will post it on the website if we like the idea. Find out more here.

How Do I Create An Account

Simply sign up here and you will receive an email and a tweet notifying that your registration has been approved. 

When you log in to your account, click on "Write Your Twitter Story" and "Upload Your Twitter Videos" and you are ready to rock and roll.
